Birdies For Charity This unique community-based fundraising initiative is held in conjunction with THE PLAYERS Championship, boasting the strongest field and the biggest purse on the PGA TOUR on May 7-13, 2012.

THE PLAYERS Championship hosts golf’s top competitors on one of the world’s most recognizable venues - Pete Dye’s masterpiece “The Stadium Course”. THE PLAYERS is the premier sporting event in our community bringing hundreds of businesses and thousands of fans together for one incredible week of golf at the TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach.

By making a donation to the Monique Burr Foundation for Children through the Birdies for Charity program you will become eligible to win the Grand Prize - $5,000!

Step 1 – Guess Birdies

Guess how many birdies will be made during the competitive rounds of the 2012 PLAYERS Championship. A Birdie is one stroke better than par on any golf hole. After THE PLAYERS Championship is over, the individual who guesses the exact number (or closest thereto) wins the Grand Prize!

Step 2 – Answer Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie, the individual who provides the correct answer (or closest thereto) to the tie-breaker question will be awarded the Grand Prize. The tie-breaker question is: how many balls will be hit in the water at #17 at 2012 PLAYERS?

Step 3 – Make Your Donation

Make a donation to the Monique Burr Foundation for Children to complete your entry by May 9, 2012.
