M onique Burr left behind a legacy of love for children that extended far beyond her two young sons. For years she was instrumental in children's issues. Her commitment to children included serving as a member of the board of directors for the Children's Crisis Center She also founded the PALS program, which is dedicated to caring for children who require 24-hour medical supervision.

It is in honor of Monique's memory that we keep alive her vision for helping children in need.
