It is our goal to provide the Speak Up Be Safe™ (SUBS) program to every elementary school in Florida by 2015. The program will be implemented across the state in 5 different regions. The current expansion plan is detailed on the map below; however this is subject to change. Districts or schools that are interested in bringing SUBS to their area sooner than scheduled should complete the contact form below and the Monique Burr Foundation for Children will contact you to discuss options.
