The Monique Burr Foundation for Children, Inc. (MBF) was founded in 1997 by Edward E. Burr to continue the work of his late wife, Monique Burr, a devoted child advocate. The Foundation was created to continue her legacy and our mission remains to make a positive impact on the community at large, to create change in a family’s life for the better and to give hope in the life of a child by providing prevention education that is relevant to issues facing children today.
